Eight Sessions - 90 minutes - 6 weeks apart
Coaching That Works
Session 1 Coach Exploration: Identify potential development goals, identify innate leadership behaviors and Pivot Behaviors to create new habits, identify the need for assessment insight and input from individuals who are critical to success inside and outside the organization
Sessions 2 - 7 Focused Coaching: 90 minute coaching discussions focusing on immediate challenges, progress towards identified outcomes and next steps
Session 8 Check In: Six month check in to identify successes and refreeze Pivoting behaviors
Pivot Coaching for Executives
Executive Coaching is provided to Executives and Senior leaders preparing to take greater responsibility in the next 8 to 12 months. Careful consideration is made in matching the coach in relation to the unique development goal of focus of each executive.
Pivot Coaching for Emerging Leaders
Emerging Leader Coaching is targeted at early to mid-career individuals who have been identified as high-potential, fast-tracked or have been viewed as exceeding expectations.
Individuals who are being groomed to move from an individual contributor role to a manager of people role.
Individuals who receive coaching in these instances are shown to succeed when faced with situations that they have not previously encountered.
The goal of coaching is to prepare individuals for a variety of situations that they will face in moving into larger and more complex roles within an organization.
Introducing Accountability Circles
Accountability Circles is a development process where-by individuals are placed in peer cohorts and work together to mentor one another, provide encouragement and feedback as they monitor one another’s development.
The process utilizes various tools and techniques to ensure the cohort holds one another accountable and stays on track to achieve desired results.
This can be stepped into an existing program or introduced into a peer group within an organization as a experiential development technique.
