The methods used in Pivoting grows individuals own self-awareness and other-awareness to create deep understanding of which behaviors must be brought forward in order to achieve the best results.
P.A.W. utilizes experiential and real-world applications in everything we do to ensure that the people we work with see immediate benefits.
When working on conflict, P.A.W. focuses attention on individual conflict triggers and provides insight on the origins of those triggers and not how to mange those, but how to identify triggers before they occur. That is the power of Pivoting.
Our Origins
While coaching and consulting leaders, leaders continually asked for advice on how to get employees to be more responsive to their leadership. It became clear through working with leaders that the problem wasn’t with employees’ hearing, it was with how leaders’ are perceived and through their actions that leaders’ inability to pivot was the problem.
It became clear that their were three primary core areas where leaders were perceived as either “good” or “mediocre” or “I need to get away”. For a leader to be viewed as competent, they must be:

by those who are critical to their success.
P.A.W. identified Six Characteristics of an Agile Leader.
Each of these characteristics are interdependent, which characteristics a leader must bring forward is dependent upon what is needed by the Organization, the Environment and the People.

Jon’s a senior leader with consistent achievements in building and executing a clear vision, implementing operational best practices, and developing and deploying next phase growth strategy as an executive for multibillion-dollar companies. Executive leadership background includes Solera Holdings, Advance Auto Parts, and Best Buy Company. Extensive experience spearheading and sponsoring major corporate projects/initiatives, recruitment and development of top talent, and effectively integrating newly acquired businesses.

Rod has 28 years of leadership experience in information technology, with 19 years in healthcare.
