The Reasons Why People Have Lost Their Center

When I started this journey, to reclaim my own center, I realized sooooo many others were struggling with their own. When I started to listen to what their issues were in finding their center - the list was long:

  • Work was exhausting, many lost their jobs, and small businesses were unable to open and eventually closed forever(and on and on and on)

  • Homelife became stressful for so many reasons (homeschooling along with work, no daycare)

  • Fear, so much fear

  • Endless noise from social media, politics, the endless negativity was endless and still is

  • Social life what’s that and even how to engage; many are hesitant to do so

  • Many were worried about extended family

So … much … pressure.

The only thing that people seemed to agree on is that no one can agree on anything anymore. The only thing safe is to not say anything about anything . . . ever.

“And that is where we have gotten to and that is what we have become and that is not what I want to be and where I want to try to live!” - more than one person said.

Anger, resentment….

There is a path, a better way to find a Center, a place to Start Over and Begin to be clear . . . and you can learn how to create it.

In my next post, I will begin to provide a glimpse of the approach the Reclaiming Your Center will take; to create your center at home, at work, and at play.
